Name - The Devious Antiques Dealer

Details - This character has a day job as an antiques dealer, but moonlights as a roboticist, experimenting with piecing together new machines from old ones. He created the sentient Airpopper. Suspecting that there is something "different" about the Little Gumball Machine (although having no physical proof), he seeks to get it away from Penny so that he can use it in his experiments.
